The Faith Mission Community Clinic provides clients who qualify with prevention services, wellness checks, non-emergency treatments, diabetes counseling and supplies, and hypertension.
*Applicants must be residents of Washington County in order to qualify for services.
*No services are rendered until a client has been through the pre-screening process.
Pre-screening Hours: Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 – 12:00 & 1:00 – 3:00
Clinic Hours: Monday 8:00 – 5:30; Wednesday 8:00 – 5:30; Friday 8:00 – 2:30
